being a business owner I would never hire a collage graduate..they will sue you first time ya hurt their feelings..apprentice for me...! they seem to have a better grip on what is needed to be successful.. opinion only...indoctrination is not education..big words dont help my business..college is crap now days.

College doesn't require the high fees being levied by most colleges. Part-time studies via local community colleges can save 75% to 85% of the fees being levied by many of the full-time colleges. Also, many of the big fee colleges are NOT delivering an education and degree that means work to the graduate due to so many non-employment courses being pushed by the colleges.

College degree's are less and less valuable, and more and more expensive... I'm a small businessman, and I hire people who have experience not degree's. As a general rule of thumb, never hire anyone under 25. 401K's are a joke, their interest rates suck... Seriously the only advantage is if you have employer matching and if the money isn't taxable. Only predators and suckers play the market... if your not the predator, that makes you the pray....
