Never ever flying Qatar airways.It was during Pandemic that there a miscommunication with the Qatar agent in Nepal.So I ended up missing my flight.It was not even my fault.So I had to buy a whole new ticket which cost me around $1400 They still owe me a ticket to Kathmandu Nepal.

I have contacted over 20 Qatar Airways staff members and written 40 emails over the past ten weeks, yet I have only received empty promises and no concrete response from anyone, including my attorney. It is deeply disappointing that Qatar Airways has not taken any action to resolve this matter, especially considering passengers have the right to compensation. Their disregard for passenger rights is unacceptable. A truly caring company would go beyond empty apologies and take tangible steps to rectify the situation. Qatar Airways' inaction demonstrates a lack of integrity and a disregard for their customers.

I ❤️ Qatar 🇶🇦 Airways, and it's my preferred airline !! However, since Qatar 🇶🇦 Airways changed ground service agents at Heathrow and Gatwick, the quality of customer service has gone down significantly. At both LHR and LGW, the ground handling staff are extremely unprofessional, rude, and without professional ethics. And, their uniform standards are far below the low-cost carriers, especially at LHR. The airline 🇶🇦 needs to look into these issues.

How about some real service Qatar, With the QSuite business class tickets I've just booked to Vietnam to Brazil I'm being asked to pay $200 USD per family member ONE WAY to just sit together and enjoy the experience. Super disappointing and just plain greedy. Never had that before. Beware. Service to resolve this also poor. Absolutely nothing personalised about that.

The worst airline in the world where they do not allow you to modify travel details, and the only solution is to cancel the ticket and deduct more than half of the amount. Based on their employees' instructions, I changed the ticket to a voucher, but the voucher had the same previous information and cannot be used. Unfortunately, it has expired and I lost nearly a thousand dollars. I hope everyone sees you for who you really are.
