More than £2.5 million worth of drugs seized during County Lines Intensification Week

West Mercia Police have made 68 arrests, seized £2.5 million worth of drugs, more than £21,000 in cash, and 20 dangerous weapons - during a national week of enforcement activity to target ‘county lines’ drug dealing.
Importantly, we also focused on safeguarding the most vulnerable people in our society who can fall victim to being exploited by county lines gangs. We made 110 cuckooing visits to vulnerable people and safeguarded 29 adults and 19 children as a result.
