i think if the enemy in first game would go for mass fortress with anti air barrage after those first 2 vulcans, he could scale better and get a chance for counterpush. His anti air units was a joke xd

Hi Surrey! Would love it if you could explain how you look at a starting position like in game 2 and instantly are certain it's a wraith mirror game.

well there's many different ways to play it but we both start with the steel balls and steel balls are best used as an aggressive unit. And with aggressive steel balls you want fast moving chaff clear like mustang or wraith. And since he is elite spec and most of his early game power comes from level 2 crawlers, i certainly want to wraith because it shuts down crawlers hard. And since he can deduct i want to go wraith, i think his best bet is to also go wraith. The other play would be to sell the balls immediately and pivot into different kind of defensive formation but it takes away a lot of tempo. Him going arclights at the start and continuing to use the balls leaves him with a subpar unit composition

Anything that kills wraiths with armor and degen falls to wasps with antiair, so i use wraiths for debuff and chuff clear and as a tank for other air units, the only good counter to this is marksmen and mustangs with antiair..and only if you level the marksmen fast enough...but if the enemy spams overlords it is a bit weak to, but way better as any other conf with wasps or wraiths in my opinion.
