Morelands Motocross | Hitting The Finish Line Triple - 10/14/18

Had an awesome time at Morelands this past weekend where I finally hit the last big jump on the track that I've never done before. Make sure to stick around till the end of the video where I break my bike (again). Considering I need knee surgery and now need to buy more parts, I may not ride anymore the rest of the year unfortunately.

Well thanks haha. I'm definitely not an A/B rider anywhere except maybe Morelands, I'm just really comfortable there

Nice riding, 2002 2003 I ran the 125cc..I was an a/b rider there, back when they had the valley jump. Had my career ender there as well. I miss that place so much and the adrenaline, smell, sound and feel. I over shot the triple, cased the bike went down, got hit in the back by another during practuce.. crushed my L4 L5 disks in my back...no more riding after that. Wasnt his fault..we were too close and there was nothing the other rider could do to stop..but hey..thats the breaks of racing...we loterally are signing our bodies up for hell when we kick her over everytime...I dont ever regret it and id do it all over again if i could just to relive the fun...ride safe brother, hell of a job tearing it up! You ride about like i did, agressive on the throttle...when id noubt throttle it out...PUNCH IT!

@@Heckman_Productions Yea, We just find something else to do, I got huge into nitro R/C racing, same mental exertion without the physical consequences, I've got a whole KZbin channel here dedicated to RC racing I had to do something since I couldn't race Motocross anymore, I'm sure you know as well as anybody else that races we have to compete somehow

dayum nice. that first time you launched it was so sketchy haha. looks to be way bigger than any other jumps there. just after that finish line where it goes left then single double triple, couldnt that be triple triple if you absolutely nailed it? or is it too far. keep up the good work dude, your speed's getting rapid now (Ice here from reflex)

Yea it’s about the same distance I’d say as the other triple, but it shoots you really high. And I think there’s about a 0% chance that a triple triple is possible without going off the track haha. Thanks so much Ice!

Do you torque your spokes before you ride? You may have had some loose spokes

I think it was mostly because of casing the finish line since that wheel was totally stock.

Ur way over jumping this track lol... ur flat landing that double ouch.. they have no triples at morelands

Uh there's two triples? How many times have you been to the track? I've overjumped the double a couple times but most laps I jump it just fine.
