Mike I am going to make you laugh , today my hubby had an eye appt and I usually go with him as sometimes gets his eyes dialated, so because our eye Dr is still following Covid safety, and only the assigned patient is allowed to go in and all others stay outside, today I knew his appt was at least an hour I did this 25 min sit down exercise outside where there were park benches all over for people to sit, Here in Florida it’s hot but has a lot of shady treed areas to relax while waiting for your loved one. I turned on the volume on my I pad and made so many friends while waiting , it was so much fun And was asked what am I doing , I replied I’m doing a more life health with Mike workout for seniors, then one lady said you can not possibly be a senior , I said oh yes I am will be 73 on Sunday, they wrote down the website name. It felt good to not just sit and said but actually exercise my legs, arms and knees . Thank you Mike (:

Thank you , Thank you , This was a great workout for my grandmother. It got the whole family doing it. We had smiles and a good feeling at the end of it. We found the number and arm part to be tricky but we had good fun trying to do it. My grandmother suggested that if you slow down the counting a little more she may be able to keep up. We will definitely watch this again. Looking forward to more.

Just discovered this .I had neck surgery about 2 yrs ago hit a plateau. I did PT for a year but didn't progress much . I am going to try this workout and hope it helps with strength and movement. I need something to follow along with to keep up a daily workout. The list on paper just wasn't working for me.3-27 one month , only missed 3 days,seeing very tiny bits of improvement . Not something anyone else would notice but I do.
