This exercise routine arrived just as my new resistance band arrived in the mail. I was happy to receive it and even more excited about this routine. I often return to one resistance band routine you have which has many of the moves in your new one which was great, but I was nicely surprised at the additional moves, which made this a well rounded routine. Hello from California. I just found your exercises and began a path to a healthier lifestyle. I am not a senior I have however become wheelchair-bound for the last 10 years due to a failed/botched foot surgery. I have extreme peripheral neuropathy and therefore can’t walk more than a couple steps. Just to name a few of the most debilitating conditions/diseases/disorders I have to give you an idea of what I am working with/against: I have degenerative disc disorder & I am in need of back surgery. I unfortunately also have Crohn’s disease, factor five Leiden deficiency, fibromyalgia & chronic pain syndrome, over weight and I’m scheduled to have diastasis recti surgery next week. I am not a senior, at least I don’t consider myself a senior yet as I just turned 50. My age doesn’t bother me but being referred to as a, “senior citizen“ at 50 does. The reason I am posting this message/question is because I have found it difficult finding exercises that fit my needs that are not labeled as senior exercises. I can’t be the only one that has trouble with us. My suggestion would be when you title your post perhaps you could say senior citizen/disabled or something just so that when people are searching they can find you. In my head I am stuck at 40 years old because that is when I took a seat in my wheelchair so having to do senior exercises kind of impedes my spirit. I suppose that’s just one of many issues I need to get over. Thank you for your exercises & taking the time to read this. I look forward to following you on my path towards a healthier life.

Hi Mike ! I love the idea of these Strength Saturday Sessions. Would you be able to put them in their own category on the exercises here ? I found #1 ( Strength Saturday Intermediate), # 2 ( Ankle Weights) & # 4 ( Whole Body Seated with Resistance Bands) but I can't seem to find # 3 . Would you tell me which one is # 3, for some reason I'm not seeing it. That's why I think it would be great to have a Saturday Strength Session Category. I love the ones that I did !! Love your exercises and what you are doing to help us. Thank you & have a good day/ evening ! Donna P.S.Are you still sending out emails of the new videos you put out? Hi Mike, I found a mistake in this video... for the last calf raises, you said to do 8, but only counted to 5. LOL!!! I did 8.
