Hi Meredith. I tried watching another Senior Fitness leader do resistance band for beginners and seniors, but she never allowed any kind of time to stop. I would say anybody over 70 probably could not do her routine. I'm 79, and yours fits the bill perfectly.

This is perfect for me! I'm not a senior, but I'm morbidly obese and just starting my weight loss journey and I find a lot of exercise videos to be too strenuous for me. I love how you thoroughly explained everything and went at a slower pace. I actually found it to be relaxing and I feel really good now. This is just what I was looking for to get myself started. Thank you so very much! I like this and your 10 minute video but this one really is slower to understand correct posture. My rheumatologist recommended resistance bands and this is perfect. Love it!

Hi! I buy in 10yard rolls and cut to size. I make it my arms length so I have extra when standing, wrapping, etc. I hope this helps.
