Ur tutorial was OK but too rushed and the most important thing about where to fill the water wasn't shown. Even though the manual shows it but it can be confusing for seniors. Do NOT FILL WATER WHERE THE MIST COMES OUT BECAUSE THAT GOES TO THE BASE. I'd give u a C for effort.

Seniors aren't dumb in fact that have more knowledge given they have lived more years! Those with dementia have caregivers. So no worries.

I have the same thing but the problem I am having and I just got it today I put water in it and it just started spelling out I have no clue what’s going on

Was the sponge down taken out ? I had the same issue
