Morgan Le Fay ranked 97th with a power level of 7.1 Million. While, Doctor Strange ranked 68th with a power level of 123 Million. I think they're the most powerful Sorceress & Sorcerer on Earth. At first, I really thought Wanda & Doctor Strange were the most powerful.. Wanda wasn't even in the top 100.
