It is a good guide, here is one small correction though, something I feel quite a bit obligated to say because it is effectively misinformation and how it is often said: "Arjuna Alter needs a specific 3rd charger, Oberon to loop." No he doesn't, he does need a 3rd charger, but it doesn't have to be Oberon, so the party cost point still holds. The 3rd charger does have to have a split 50% battery (Castoria/Waver/Reines). As for how you can loop with him with this setup: Turn 1: initial 100% battery (MLB Scope/Scope+Append) Turn 2: His own charge+One koyan battery+20% from the split charger. Turn 3: One Koyan battery+his own charge (yes, the skill order matters a lot, it's a 5T CD battery)+30% of the split charger. Xnaya has demonstrated this to be possible. And even though he is bottlenecked with Kscope, his damage is still nothing short of apocalyptic against most foes. Edit: When Oberon comes in, while he is no longer stuck in the prison of Kscope, he still requires an initial 70% battery (50% CE+append or one of the 4 stars CE like Sakurascope or Illyascope), now of course the damage department just feels unnecessarily cosmical, but the point is that he is less limited with Oberon than without.

Yep. I appreciate Fino's content, I really do, but it baffles me how some cc forget that you can still "loop" without Oberon, so long as you can have a full NP Gauge at turn 1 without using Godjuna's skill 2. I looked up ways to Godjuna loop without Oberon (since I doubt I'd be able to get Oberon myself tho I still want to 3-turn farm with Godjuna daily) & XNaya's Double Koyan compatibility vid is literally one of first results to pop-up. I'll just notch that one up to the fact that there is such a relatively short span of time of absence between his & KoyanLight's debut that there wasn't enough time in everyone's mind to sink in that Double Koyan farming with a 30% charger w/o Oberon is very much possible, tho you'll have to go through a very specific set of hoops in order for it to work. Oberon's arrival just made those set of hoops unnecessary for the most part (though having a maxed out 2nd append skill always helps).

120 Gong is the best decision I've ever made in this game. He can farm 1/1/1 nodes with Black Grail. It's disgusting. His only weakness is party cost. Thankfully, less ugly nodes allow you to use wellfares as Gong supports.

From my experience, Arjuna is shockingly lackluster the moment he fires his nuclear NP. After that he kind of just does nothing while relying on his teammates to cover for, protect, and refill his gauge again since like his Archer counterpart his entire kit is just popping off all his skills for his NP (also kind of reminds me of Iskander's kit...). Morgan is interesting because while her NP doesn't hit as hard, she actually does a lot of team support in conjunction with her teammates for after firing off her NP. In peak irony, the characters who all hate her function ridiculously well with her to the point where it feels like a dark comedy regarding team synergy.

Really, with the exception of survivability, he has few enough gaps that you can fill them all out with a decent CC selection. I have both Morgan and Godjuna, and while Morgan may be more versatile, Godjuna has exactly one job and he does it extremely well.

Full debuff immunity on bosses is extremely rare, sure some have green giant flexing icon but that's against very specific things like stun, charm, np seal. Debuff clear on bar break and skills is common enough but you can play around it somewhat.

While debuff immune is rare, debuff resistance can also ruin any setup that need a certain debuff. Especially Ruler class Servants with their high Magic Resistance skill. I've experienced a lot of NOPE from RNG when I used Robin, Yang Guifei, and Arjuna Alter lol. It doesn't always happen, but stil happen randomly and it will ruin my run...

Godjuna's entire thing is eating gods, so I'm not sure the title is very accurate. Honestly, though, while Godjuna is more tricky to farm with, requiring a third charger (not necessarily Oberon, Waver is enough), he does also do significantly more damage and is also way more usable in a face card comp, so Morgan doesn't have that much of an edge there. And sure, he may have more trouble with Debuff Immune enemies, but Morgan doesn't fare much better in that situation unless she hits her niche, and she's still significantly worse outside of that situation, so...

Morgan has been my most used unit since I got her, she made bashing out all of the act 1 + 1.5 and first two lostbelt’s free quests really easy. Now I just need Castoria to come home…

Arjuna Alter weakness is debuff immune indeed, however you can't just brought it up to compare him to someone like Morgan because Morgan also has her own niche and damn to trigger her niche is not as easy as triggering Arjuna Alter's niche. So by bringing this comparison you're implying that Morgan is worse than Arjuna Alter. Because it's very rare to find enemy with debuff immune even in CQs and Story bosses. However I think it's already well known to JP players that Morgan strength lies in her versatility but if you want big damage then go to Arjuna Alter, Buster is all about damage so yeah Arjuna Alter is still the God of Buster.

Already at np5 so commitment is not in question but I have to ask if you see buster farming as superior to arts looping? Sure you lose the 6 CE load out but if you can reach the needed dmg and consistently 3 turn farm is that not more efficient? PS: great review mate, yours are always the best!

If you can make a 6 CE team that reliably 3-turns, that's ideal and generally the domain of arts teams. But if you lack the specialized arts attackers to do a specific node, settling for a 5 CE buster clear isn't a bad consolation prize. The biggest convenience factor for buster setups is that they're very plug-and-play. You can throw the same setup at most standard fights (outside of 90++) and get away with it since you don't need to calculate your NP refund. It's something I do a lot on JP with Arcueid. She can hypothetically 6 slot but often needs Black Grail for damage, so I end up running 5 CE setups with her anyway. Saves me a lot of time in teambuilding until I settle on a node to farm.

@@Finotaisen Makes perfect sense I ask as I have a well built Space Ishtar and Musashi but sometimes in certain events either to not paying attention or simply not being possible I cannot 3 turn everything meaning another turn or more is needed to clear the wave but if 3 turn Morgan works every time it comes out as more efficient.

DISCLAIMER: Fino says in the video that Morgan has a "human" attribute damage mod, this is incorrect. She has a "MAN" attribute damage mod. These are two different things, with the "man" attribute damage mod being much more prevalent in game. Also, Koyanskaya has both a targetable "man" attribute and "human" trait damage mod, so practically every buster looping dps will gain extra damage against these servants, but Morgan will gain extra on top of that (not that's its really necessary most of the time, especially when comparing her with someone like Arjuna Alter).

If you look at Morgan's NP description on NA, it quite literally says "Human Attribute" meaning that the Man Attribute you see listed on wikis is written as "Human Attribute" in-game. The important part is that it's talking about the attribute, not the trait. tl;dr: Pedantry

Morgan has more uses outside of farming than Godjuna, and can crit hard. She also makes one of the best stall comps in the game and can outdamage Godjuna against man enemies, but without man enemies her damage is absolutely pathetic unless you have multiple np levels, iirc she cant even break 100k damage per target by a significant amount with just dks and a ce. However Godjuna has a niche that he can apply to whatever he wants, and it is almost never resisted unless the enemy has really high debuff resist, which you generally wont find on anything that isnt a servant with high divinity. His crit damage is also as high if not probably higher than hers. Morgan fans can argue it however they want but being able to apply a niche is better than hoping the enemies in the node already have it, because of this Godjuna is generally going to be a more reliable farmer and therefore better at farming, which is what a majority of the game revolves around. Anyways, people can use whatever they want on their accounts, it doesnt matter at all so long as youre enjoying the experience. People by now should know the strengths of the 2 characters and this Godjuna vs Morgan debate shouldve been dead 2 years ago.

She also has more uses in farming, she is good for 6-slot farming as a wave 1 clearer, only needs Castoria's aoe charge and append to use NP and have good skills for the looper. You will be using that outside the harder event nodes and during dead weeks that are when you get most bond with natural AP and also most of the playtime because of the 20+ instead of 40 ap cost.

@@gibbygibbstein7858 not really, most of the servants for 6-slot farming with 2 AOEs have good skills or good np1 dmg, morgan has both. It also allows you to use more looper without AOE buff skills that you may need with the w1 clearers with lower dmg. It takes like half a year of natural AP to reach bond 10, it doesn't really matter if a servant isn't perfect you wont be using her that much she is a good generic option for 6-slot because the berkerker + team np gain combo.

Guys and gals remember. Morgan at NP5 Damage is 40,554. While Arjuna Alter at ONLY NP2 dmg is 49,752. This is without berserker modifiers and their respective dmg buffs. The only worthy things Morgan has over Arjuna is the team support charge, crit chance resist, and team overcharge for castoria. And even then, Arjuna could just get himiko friend support and ur own castoria to do the same thing. Arjuna alter in most cases is better. Morgan is for more specific instances.

Morgan and Fae Tristan can stay in the depths of the Gacha for all I care. I just want the doggo, then the himbo.

Oberon, I wasn't initially sold on, but his lore, his personality in the story, and the fact that he's drawn by Chica Umino (Author of the amazing Sangatsu no Lion series), made me decide to get a copy after all. I personally would say Arjuna is still better considering two of his skills are on five turn cooldowns and is really strong even without Vitch and Oberon. Morgan is still really strong mind you but I think it’s more of a 1a 1b scenario than one servant being out and out better than another.

Morgan's better, if there's any 1a 1b it's with Summer Ibuki. Can 3 turn with just Double Vitch, weak but it's an option. Can Double Vitch & Oberon from the start of an event with just a 30% CE, no need to pray for a rng drop to MLB. Using Habetrot equipped with Battle of Camnlann and S2 sacrifice enables Morgan to 3 turn Black Grail with Double Vitch and Oberon (limited options for bonding, but it's possible) Is top 3 damage when factoring common enough damage niche (Order is Kukulkan, Morgan and Gil) Offers support (attack up, defense down, 20% charge) for multicore 90++ Blows up CQs with her niche active like Case Files Rerun Point character for team unkillable for stalling CQs

​@ryanwest6035 Lmao what? Most enemies in the game aren't resisting Godjuna's debuff, it's only a consistent issue on enemies with high divinity because of the passive debuff resist they get from it. Being able to apply your niche to whatever you want is better than having to rely on the enemies already having it, and that's not something you can argue. But when the enemies do have it Morgan will hit harder. However because of that, Godjuna is still better for farming.

I have both actually with Morgan np1 and Arjuna np2 with recent banner. And when i tested, Arjuna definitely delt more damage than Morgan. However, Morgan is good for stall teams but she still lacks firepower that Arjuna possesses.

Godjuna will generally hit harder on his np because he can apply his niche to whatever he wants. While man is a really common trait (roughly 1/3rd of all enemies in the game) it just doesn't compare to having a niche on whatever you want. He also crits super hard. However on man enemies Morgan can gap Godjuna by roughly 70k damage per target at equal np levels once koyanskaya and Oberon come out, she also crits really hard and has good utility for cqs. In general I think Godjuna is slightly better for farming and doing large damage numbers, but Morgan has more that she can do while being a good farmer so long as the enemies are man.

@@gibbygibbstein7858 and keep in mind once we get the koyanberron system running on him he can take the free CE aerial drive for a spin, use his np 3 times in a row, and benefit from his trait damage mod twice. If you have an alternate plan for wave 1 it may even be possible to use black grail on him (for example if its weak to Arash)

I've a 120 2K fou'd NP4 Morgan on JP and her performance in 90++ is very lackluster even with KoL and Oberon, most of the time fails to reach the damage needed. Arjuna Alter has far more damage and consistency with the same setup, you don't have to bother with multicore farming Arjuna just clears everything and the same cannot be said for Morgan.

I'm sorry, but I really can't see where is her "being the god of berserkers". Got both her and Arjuna, both at NP1 and tested both in my buster-loop system (double Koyan + Oberon), and Arjuna does waaay more damage. Maybe Morgan can out-class him if she trigger both her advantages against "Round/Fae" and "human", but it is way too specific. 99% of times Arjuna is going to hit harder, to the point that he can even be used for single target boss-fight quests.

Hmm Morgan is certainly comfier to use while still packing a punch, but Arjuna with his strongest supports and support CEs has a higher ceiling I think because his buster crits are much stronger and consistent than hers. In the end, damage is king. He is also a better farmer than her as long as you max his second append and have Oberon. So, again, even as a farmer, he's harder to set up, but he's ultimately more powerful.

i just did 660k dmg on np1 morgan. no black grail, no oberon, no koyan, no dmg mod active. on my 3 turn set up. though probably arjuna would deal around 1m with my setup. im good for having np1 lv 90 morgan

Np2 is basically requirement for a lot of them, and black grail looping requires it even more- sure BG gets you more damage, but you need ENOUGH damage that you get enormous refund. Np1 Spishtar for example, struggles to do enough damage to hit overkill often enough to recharch to 70% even with castoria. Which you need if you're BG looping given you need to go from 0 - 100 turn 1. Once you remove BG from spishtar for a Kscope, you're now doing neutral trait damage over Morgan's class advantage. Not to mention even with a high NP level black grail Spishtar, you STILL get fucked in nodes with less than 3 enemies per wave, Morgan does not have that issue.

Actually a very level and non-hype analysis, considering the amount of hyperbole thrown around on the subject. Well done! The one thing I'd add is that *every* Buster farmer has +100% anti-Human Attribute, courtesy of Koyan's skill 2. So Morgan's trait damage gets washed out because it's effectively increasing everybody else's 100% bonus to 150%, but it does help stretch her damage numbers if you need to reach very very high or are trying to push bigger numbers with lower Morgan levels. (Still sticking with my Sexy Tactical Nuke Man until my Sexy Tactical Nuke True Ancestor arrives though.)

This is not correct, Power Mods and OC Mods are not additive, they are multiplicative. While everyone else would get a 100% Power Mod against Man Attributes from both Koyans, Morgan at OC Stage 1 would multiply her 50% OC bonus with the 100% power mod resulting in a total damage increase of 200% against Man Attribute enemies. Morgan at OC1 basically doubles the bonus

Koyan's built-in anti-Human steroid means "can pad her numbers vs. Human" isn't as important as often as it seems it would be at face value.

Morgan fans need to stop coping ngl. They shoulf accept thst Morgans damage couldn't Stand the test of time. For reference, according to Jordaneon calculations, Morgan doesn't even hit 100k on T1 and T2 and T3 damage Only peaks because of Oberon. Hence in 90+ nodes her np is practically not useful

Godjuna can still loop without Oberon but ofc, it will cost more than Morgan's bcoz he needs Kscope and Max'd 2nd Append Skill or MLB Kscope. For those who don't have Kscope, they can't loop Godjuna. Currrently, one of my friends is facing that problem. Meanwhile Morgan, any CE which has 50%NP Battery is fine and you can get those CEs in most of the events without using SQ. Don't get me wrong, I'm not starting a war here. I'm just pointing things out. Just use your fav servant and it's all that matter. But ofc, don't forget to get the requirements that your fav servant need.

Morgan was super nice to me and I got NP2 in about 120sq while rolling for CasCu copies. Desire sensor being fickle as per usual as I got more copies of the rate up 5* than the rate up 3*... Mission failed successfully I guess. Can't really afford to throw anymore into the banner without risking my guarantee for either Koyan or Oberon. Leaning towards Oberon due to his rerun being about 18 months after his initial banner and Koyan only being a 5 month wait. Going to suck waiting nearly half a year for full powered buster memes, but Oberon seems to be the generally more useful pick since I can at least swing a few 6CE comps with his help. DKS seems to consistently run into damage issues for me since I don't have high NP levels on my DKS compatible servants. Ran some calcs with DKS Morgan and without NP3+ she struggles to consistently hit the 150k mark which is where a lot of mid boss enemies tend to be for 90+ nodes.

As powerful as AA is, I’d rather the versatility of Morgan since at a sufficient NP level she will deal enough dmg for most content. And even AA struggles with 90++ if you don’t have him with a BG or NP2+ which forces plugsuit or expensive append. Morgan just seems to be the more reliable one for the 3 turn and most content will get smacked and even 90++ with its weirdness can be smacked by her. My plan is to get Morgan and if I don’t then I’m gonna try for Melusine. Who ever I get first will eventually become NP2 and the other will be forgone completely Update: Oberon bled me dry and started biting into my wallet. I still plan to try to get Morgan and really really want to get her at least NP1 but looks like I probably won’t…… I also very much want to roll on the Okita Majin Saber since I highly value her and NEED Anastasia Archer. I am not sure if I should wait on Morgan to pull for Okita given Morgan has got like 5 banners within the next few year. Should I wait on Morgan and pull for Okita or is an NP1 Morgan supported by Oberon/Koya worth it and able to clear 90+ and 90++ at NP1? (NP2 is inevitable with how many banners she has)

Arjuna is a very selfish and basic servent, he is the unit you build around, but if you give him everything he will destroy almost anything, in contrast Morgan is a very versatile unit that trades raw power for more support capabilities, she can be the main or secondary attacker while arjuna simply can't as efficiently. I do prefer arjuna for the benefit of consistency in dmg for farming nodes, arjuna just needs a debuff while morgan needs man enemies to hit hard, which can lead to drastically different dmg in-between waves, while Arjunas np debuff can miss, that (iirc) is only going to happen on servents and can be potentially fixed with a debuff from cc or mc, So i just like using him since dmg is tied to if enemy has debuff, vs morgan where i need to look up on the wiki if she will do dmg that wave or not. Basically raikou needs a buff
