This is really stirring music. Much respect to those in the comments who think this music is about Moria from Lord of the Rings, but Mount Moriah is about a father making the unimaginable journey to offer up his son--the son of promise, whom he loved--in sacrifice as was demanded (Genesis 22). Abraham's faith is tremendous, for he says to his servants, "I and the boy will go over there and worship and come again to you." He believed God would raise Isaac up, for it was through Isaac God had promised his blessings. At last, God interrupted the sacrifice, for he had provided a substitute. This trial is a glimpse into the incredible journey the Father in heaven went on with the Son of Promise to bring us blessings when Jesus was offered up in sacrifice as our substitute that we might be blessed through his promises.

Mount Moriah thus serves as a unique testament to the interconnectedness of the Abrahamic faiths. It is a place where different religious communities share a common reverence and historical ties. Despite theological differences, Mount Moriah’s sanctity fosters mutual respect for Jews, Christians and Muslims with a shared heritage rooted in the figure of Abraham, longing for spiritual connection. 🙏🏻

This is powerful and captures the extacy and anguish of being a nation chosen by God to be his People. They had it all, lost it all... so many times they lost count...but God still holds them precious to his heart and has not forgotten them. All the nations seem to hate Israel, but God says the ones that bless Israel will be blessed, and those who curse Israel will be cursed. At the end of days Israel will look upon the one they crucified and realize Jesus was their Messiah all along, and is also the Son of God.

@@lumek4513 I can't wait for this channel to release "Iron Mills" along similar lines. Respecting dwarven legal traditions is important, but can be so tedious :)
