Best tutorial I’ve ever seen for blow drying. I’ve always fekt like it was impossible to do it on myself. Today, after 1.5 hours 😆 (again, a begginer here) my hair is looking blow dried ish with a ton of volume! Thank you! I shall practice again next weekend haha

I loved your advice and am just curious how this works for shoulder-length hair. I use the brushes and am quite skilled, but I still find these videos really helpful. Also, I have just bought the Supersonic and am trying it out, it feels amazing. I am hoping it will help my hair to recover from highlights and natural fuzziness. One thing I would really be interested in learning is how to make beach waves with Supersonic, as I don't want to use the iron curl in order to avoid any further hair damage. Also, your hair looks shiny, healthy and the final result is amazing. But it would be interesting to see you style somebody other's hair and different hair/haircut types. Thanks!

Thank you for the comment!! I have thought about doing some tutorials on other hair types and might try to incorporate that in the future! All the techniques I’m doing should work great with shoulder length hair, the result will just differ slightly! I have made a couple videos doing some soft curls with the round brush but it’s more of a silky wave than a beachy wave- have you checked those out?? That will be a good first step in learning the technique and then perhaps I can make one specific for beach waves next 🤍 hope this helps!

Where can I get that attachment for my Dyson? I blew out my hair for the past 20+ years like except not as structured and neat and efficient and always gorgeous soft silky volume that lasted a couple days. Can’t seem to get it with my Dyson. I think I need the attachment
@MoriahSeabrook2 ай бұрын
The attachment normally comes with the blowdryer. If you can’t find it, I think you can order a replacement from Dyson! Keep practicing your blowdries, I’m sure they will get more neat and structured with time!

What heat setting do you use on the blow dryer?
@MoriahSeabrook6 ай бұрын
I usually use full heat because I’m moving through the hair pretty quickly and I tend to get pretty frizzy! But if you have finer hair than me and/or your hair responds well without much heat then you can lower it!

What do you think about salt sprays for volume? 🙂 thank you
@MoriahSeabrookАй бұрын
I enjoy a good salt spray! I feel like it brings out body and texture, maybe less specifically for volume at the roots overall for fine hair but it can help!!

Hi! Ive written this on an older video. But I need HELP! Im new to hair tools. Ive had a waveing wand thing. And thats about it. Rearly use my hairdryer too. Just bc i dont see such a difference I feel like. Ive got nordic thin FINE hair thats frizzy and gets tangeled SO EASY! Long hair like your lentgh if not a little longer. Alot of flyaways. I struggle so much with tameing it. Ive goten a litte bit better in the last few years. But I often try new shampoos and conditioners just to see if I can find sometjinh better. My scalp gets oily about day 2 to 3. Often use dryshampoo alot of the time and wash once to twice a week. At night I sleep with my hair in a bun. It might make me get alot of shorter hair arround my face. But I cant sleep if my hair is down at all. Ive bought a dyson airwrap long, got it yesterday. And I want to learn how to get my hair healthier, styled and nice. And feel better about my hair. Any tips would be welcome!
@MoriahSeabrook6 ай бұрын
How often do you brush your hair? Brushing your hair can help tame a lot of problems from making your roots less oily because you’re distributing the oil from roots to ends, hydrates your ends with your natural oils(preventing more tangling) and stimulating/exfoliating your scalp! I know this sounds so simple but so many people have gotten into the habit of not brushing their hair because we wash less and want our style to last- it’s sooo good for your hair and scalp though! I would also perhaps attempt a soft scarf or head wrap over tying your hair up at night because that can cause excess breakage on a regular basis making it difficult to solve your problem with flyaways! You might enjoy the flyaway attachment on the airwrap as well! I hope this is helpful 🙏🏼

@@MoriahSeabrook I brush my hair every single day! Often twice atleast. Morning and before bed. Since my hair is so tangly, I only use a tangle teaser. But I have a few teasing combs and a wider tooth comb. But I dont enjoy them. Since I get tagles when ever my hair is down. Even half up, half down. So I often wear ponytales. But should I use another type of brush then? To get the oils further down? Yes this was very helpfull! Thank you so so much Moriah! I appreciate you taking your time to answer my long questions. Haha

Would that shampoo and conditioner help with dandruff? My son has it bad and we have tried even medicated shampoo.
@MoriahSeabrook2 ай бұрын
The scalp solution line by Aveda could help with dandruff but I am not sure. Some of the reviews left on scalp solutions exfoliating scalp treatment said the treatment helped gradually get rid of dandruff. I would try the entire line (treatment, shampoo, conditioner and serum) to see if it'll help. Did the medicated shampoo help?

@MoriahSeabrook2 ай бұрын
I know, it is crazy how expensive hair tools can be! This is the one I've used in the salon for the last 10 years. There are others that are less expensive and are probably comparable but I haven't tried many since this one meets all needs. Would you be interested in a video comparing round brushes at different price points? Thank you for watching and commenting 🤍

I'm learning so much thanks to your videos and my hair is looking better as I've been implementing your suggestions! I think I noticed you using the ergo flat brush to pre-dry in one of your videos. Could I get away with just using that or would it be helpful to have a vess brush or denman as well? I'm guessing the vess and denman get more tension?
@MoriahSeabrook18 күн бұрын
You’re exactly right!! You can absolutely use a flat brush for this technique if it works on your hair type! I love the Denman and Vess specifically because of the tension I can get and the fact that I don’t get much tangling while using it! I can use it on all hair types and get a similar result 🫶
