I love how the head look. It’s like new version OEM style headlight. Very clean install. I have a 99 F150 and I want to do this too. Btw where did you get that awesome looking grill? Did you custom paint your emblem too? Great video!

Thanks!! The grill is a Grillcraft FOR1302B MX Series Black Upper 1pc Mesh Grill Grille Insert for Ford F-150. I didn’t paint the emblem I bought it like that.

I order the same kit but with the dual PWM canbus harnesses. Huge mistake! My high beams don’t work. How do your high beams work with the relay?

Yeah mine is the same way I don’t ever use my high beams. I was thinking it had to do with the other side of the stock light plug not having anything plugged into it but I have tested that theory yet. If I find something out I’ll let you know. 🤷‍♂️

@@Seth7120 so what I had to do is use my multimeter and test the leads coming from the high beam input from the projector. If it doesn’t read around 25ohms then the connector inside the projector is not fully seated/inserted all the way in. I had to take apart both headlights and re-insert the connector and tested for resistance. Also, I did eventually get a HD relay replacement and the high beams now work. I did also have to switch out the blue and brown wire coming from the 9007 input connector. Everything is working now, but now I have a faulty igniter because it keeps sliding off and won’t stay connected. Hopefully TRS sends me a replacement ASAP. Other than all that hassle. The lights are bright as hell. Just need to adjust them because they sit real low

I'm curious how these have held up over time. I was wondering if the close proximity of the projector lens to the housing plastic has resulted in heat discoloration of that part of the clear housing closest to the projector. I'm trying to decide between fitting the mini D2S vs the Micro D2S in the same headlight housing.

Been over a year and have had no problems with them. No discoloration or cracking on the housing lens. Highly recommend to these projectors.
