I have a coffee cart in a small town in Denmark, on average I sell 7 cups of coffee a day the only reason why I can do it, is because I'm on early retirement, Street vending is a tough business and yeah if you're in a big city you can make the big bucks, but it is a lot of work, it is constant customer interaction, while you're cooking or preparing drinks and most of the time, you have to be your own boss for it to make sense, so you have to do absolutely everything in the business, currently I'm closed for the winter and I'm trying to make diversification products, currently doing Leatherworking and making key chains to sell.

What they don’t tell you: ‘Best hotdogs’- there is only a few places (brands)that sell the hotdogs, everyone buy their hotdogs at the same places unless you make your own dogs (too time consuming). Carts - they don’t get cleaned. All operating a cart brings their cart at the same place which is on the West side) and it stays overnight where cockroaches and rats walk over the carts during the night. Again these carts don’t get cleaned. In the morning they pick their carts and rolled it to its location. I want to iterate, I’m not talking about this vendor but he has a cart and he stores it in the city - it’s the same.
