Nice! I have the same machine. Mine is the direct plumb version. What’s yours? May I suggest you increase your extraction pressure so that you achieve 9 Bar. From the video it looks like you’re at ~7.5 Bar. I had to adjust mine cause my extraction pressures out of the box was like 13 Bar so I turned mine down. If you don’t know how to do this google “adjusting Lucca A53 pump” and Clive Coffee has instructions. Super easy.
