For those unfamiliar with this machine, the basket is deeper, which some think helps with channeling. I’d like to see the inside of the machine, and its particulars, such as pre-infusion possibility.

I have the plumbed dream. Got it from espresso outlet. Love the espresso, as good as anywhere I get espresso. And when you look at all the features, it basically can't be beat. Using eureka specialty 75 grinder

They through everything into the programming one can think of. I have the Vivaldi, and that has enough programming for my needs. Im not so fond of the curved line on the top of display. Why not just straight and clean?. I thought its volumetric, not time? Not getting those specs of darck in the crema, hmmm?

There is only one model that is, and it is plumbed. They all used to be, but their company did not redesign the tank version to be NSF. You can reach out via email if you have questions.
