Hey guys and welcome to today's video. I decided to show you what my morning looked like after my first solo night in the car where I slept next to a place called Hatchet Pond in the New Forest completely alone.
What a morning full of nature, wildlife and silence which are some of my favourite things. I hope that you enjoyed a slightly different style of editing and video and make sure to stick around for the next video which will be a continuation from this one.

To help you sleep when camping or car camping is to use silicone ear plugs and to make your blackout curtains so that they dont let any light in at all. Also practice a type of medication where you close your eyes and imagine a spot of light on an imaginary wall in front of you. Keep your eyes closed and focus on the imaginary spot of light. Your job is to make sure the spot of light carries on existing. Because you are focussing on the spot of light your mind wont wonder about whats happening outside etc. It also helps you to temporary forget lifes problems or at least not think about them whilst you're meditating.

We have the same table as you somewhere in the garage compartment of our van! Ours is about 10 years old and still going strong! Do you ever think you'll go fulltime? We did over two years ago and its the best thing we ever did!
