Morning Routine VLOG

Hey Friends!
Thought I would share a glimpse into a typical Friday morning with you today! In this FIRST EVER VLOG I show a simple morning routine with you including my quiet time (filled with lots of tips on how I study the Bible), morning chores, a short get-ready-with-me, and even a couple appearances of my sweet baby grandson, Roman!

I said it in another video, but I LOVE the idea of writing down the scriptures I wanna study so I'll always have something Also, I just NOW looked up that book on the Sermon on the Mount. They have PDF of that same book on Google, so I'm gonna read it and see what's so fascinating about it and how you said on other videos that you took forever to get through it

Loved this! Thank you for all the great Bible study tips. I heard a sermon about Joseph and have been studying Genesis about him. This is what I do, hear something that touches my heart and then start studying and go down one rabbit hole after another and I love it. I write notes because the act of writing helps me remember the verses. Would love to see more vlogs like this. God Bless!

I absolutely loved this! I feel so busy in my life. I'm involved with a ministry to visit the elderly one day a week. I participate in 4 bible studies. I feel there is never enough time for everything. I am asking God to help me pare down my bible studies to two a week for 2023 (I have trouble saying no) so I can spend more quality time with Him. I think my word to begin studying is DISCIPLINE. I need it in a variety of ways. I love that you get up early in the morning to have your time with God before heading on to other things, including your ministry. You are so right: we need to fill ourselves up with Him before we can be of any good to anyone else. Thank you for the tips re study and for sharing a partial day in your life.

I Love love love love how you are explaining the word ''absorb'' i never thought of it that way. I do have a prayer request. Please pray for my mother in law, she is having some issues emotionally and has decided to distance herself from us and completely shut us out. I have ''absorbed'' her and her husbands verbal, mental and emotional abuse for 23 years, and I actually think it was a blessing in disguise? maybe? possibly? I cant be the one to always call and check in, or text her. the phone goes 2 ways. If she really wanted us in her life, she would pick up the phone herself, ya know? I am a little hurt by it but I cant absorb the negative anymore, I have to absorb some positive so it doesnt suck the life out of me or my husband and children. Im just sad for my mother in law because shes obviously hurting way deeper than a dumb facebook post..

My daughter and I are watching this vlog and she wants to know what are all the Bible's on your desk. Im so happy that my girl sits on her bed and read her Bible and write down verses that speak to her. She likes you doggie. ❤

I love Bible Hub it is a trusted resource I use if I want answers to a question or cross reference or for anything about the Bible on the Internet so I don't have to scrabble into books. I like that you print somethings out I don't use a computer or have a printer but I heard there are wifi printers for the phone I will have to look into that. I do like to have receipts on how I learned scriptures, words etc in the Bible but if not I write it in the book or on a post it note. It's fun and fulfilling spending time with God and getting answers either during the study or sometimes I get directed later on in the day or week. The Holy Spirit truly is Amazing in helping and giving me things I need to learn even if I didn't know I had to learn it. 🙏🏻❤️
