Ma'am one question how to breathe while running? Nose or mouth??
@lydiarun254
@lydiarun254 2 ай бұрын
@@kevenn1564 it depends what pace at which you’re running. (Really easy you can be able to use nose but as the demand increases you start using both) Important things is to get enough airflow you need while running. I also asked this question when I started running. Thank you

May I ask if you focus on swinging your arms forward or backward?
@lydiarun254
@lydiarun254 2 ай бұрын
I focus on swing at 90 degree. It comes out naturally back and forward as i run. My trainer tells me to relax my arms and stay loose

I have one month until my next race. I need to complete 1 mile in 6 minutes, but currently, I am 30 seconds slower. What should I do? Please guide me.

It would great to seek proper guidance in your short distance training from a coach. Here is what i can recommend for now. Incorporate interval workouts in your training to boost your speed.( make sure you warm up well before the interval eg 4x 400m with 200m joy, 6x 300m with 200m jog ) etc

@lydiarun254 Thanks, I am definitely going to apply it.
