In this practice we release tension in the neck and shoulders, free up tightness and stiffness in the upper and lower back, and finish with a short relaxation and rest to calm the mind.
Suitable for all levels.

I'm so glad you enjoyed this practice Gergana. There is nothing specific that I suggest for cellulite, but all movement and standing poses will improve circulation and help tone muscles ☺️

Thank you James, great routines, can you help me please. I suffer with sciatica and to lay down flat creates a lot of pain through my right back buttock and then through the thigh, to release it i have to bring my legs up over my stomach, any exercises would be grateful. Lying flat has always been an issue, i,e. yoga, sleeping etc.

After the standing exercises I started feeling nausea and very dizzy, I had to stop. I don’t know why that happened, I even started to perspire all over my body. Very strange feeling.

Yes! often qigong can make you feel lightheaded its normal and usually stops happening after 4 weeks or so of regular practice. Let me know how you get on Susan!

James i wanna know why when you do the streching, there are sounds in my left arm and also to my head when I' m streching my neck..

Hi Belen, without seeing you in person it's hard to know for sure. Does it feel like there is pain when you do this? Or a sharp sensation? If so please stop and always consult a medical professional. Joints often make little clicking or crunching noises, very often it's natural and just what they do, usually it's not even the bones but the ligaments and tendons and muscles. If it's worrying though you should always see a doctor 💜
