My favorite thing you say is “feel the sensations”. I use that thought throughout my day at work. Really helps me become aware of all that is going on and clears my head for solutions. This session was awesome to close out the day. I feel so great. I have to add that each time I do your classes, my cats come and lay around me. Tonight there was a bird chirping outside. Unusual. You draw in nature! Thank you ❤

Thank you! Did you just receive the notification for the last class? It’s been several days, I wonder if KZbin doesnt show notifications on time when the class is actually posted. I have been receiving late notifications for my subscriptions.

Gayatri Yoga {Kristina Matskevich} I actually don’t turn on my notifications for anything...I get too distracted! But, your channel is one of my favorites so I check in frequently. I do my workouts in the morning and end with about 30 minutes of yoga everyday to help me get on track for the day. I would love to do more of your longer classes but just don’t have enough time usually. You are very creative and your sequences never feel the same. Thank you!

Hi! Thank you for practicing with me. Are getting dizzy from being upside down? May be skip downward dog and stay in child’s pose. Have you tried researching on foods that help raise blood pressure? I know it’s a temporary fix, but may be it will be helpful during yoga.
