Dear Radhika Mam, I hope you see this message! I was suffering from postpartum depression and family personal issue for almost 3 years!I was a confident girl before marriage and lost myself after marriage with lots of issues! I started a healthy diet and it helped me to loose weight but I was searching for the same confidence in me and one day I saw your video on youtube, I saw many videos and I was not able to connect with them! I joined yoga class and discontinued within a month bcoz i didn’t like it. According to me you are the best yoga teacher I have seen on you tube. I started waking up at 5am followed by shower, prayer, 1 hour yoga after I started following you! I have seen immediate changes in me, my life is changing! I can’t say enough thanks! I wish you all the success and good luck to your life! I wish I could be in india to attend your classes in person! With lots of respect and love from US.

Dear Radhika ma'am, Today I was doing yoga and attended downward facing dog asana then stretch (full body ) and then I don't know how and when I fall down even I don't felt the pain after falling down for few seconds also no sensation of sound and anything else. Why this happens?

Mam know i am 50 years old woman i am suffering thyroid kneels paings backpain heads nervs pain. Shoulder pain foot pain prese nts i became ing. Dummi. In kannda tja is fat woman we are por people not eating goodhealthy foods or fruits or. Vegetables regularly but eating 2 times no timings necks pain wtc. What to do and my boy sslc students without seeing he cannot write but. See he writes the notes trust he cannot recoginising the words he is not reading simpling seeing books and reads he is no friends we are. Some family issues what to he is also not healthy this is our family whata to do do🙏🏻
