Hi Huey, a subbie here & fan since your tv show. Just a gentle suggestion here- could the recipe be typed in & perhaps highlighted in the comments section or in info below the video? I find the recipe at end of video, hard to read, as its there for such a short time & also the music at the end is v distracting. Stops me from trying out your wonderful recipes.I hope this simple change is implemented. Thanks😊

I'm with you on sriracha Huey. I don't mind it, but it's well down the list for me. The famous American brand has a weird metallic taste to me and doesn't have a strong chilli flavour. But people go mad for it.
