It’s delicious! Ingredients: Chunks of lamb Olive oil Salt & pepper Chopped garlic Ground ginger Coriander 1 tsp Hot cumin seeds 1 tsp Paprika 1 tsp Fennel seeds 1 Cinnamon stick Bay leaf Saffron Tomato puree Sweet potato chunks Raisins Chopped coriander before serving I also added potatoes

When do I add sweet potatoes? Half an hour before it's ready? If I put them in at the beginning, I don't think I'll find them after 3 hours
@curtiswallen549
@curtiswallen549 2 жыл бұрын
@@geoms6263 make sure to use larger chunks They’re pretty resilient and will just be nice and soft after the 3 hours, not dissolved.

Sara Beggui I spent half a year living in Spain, during which time I traveled regularly to France, Belgium, Switzerland, and Germany. I can assure you that I have tasted real French desserts, among others, and have a well-informed opinion. That being said, those desserts aren't suited to my tastes. It isn't to say that they aren't good, but I personally believe American desserts are better.

he doesnt give a fuck and that's why he's a famous chef with michelin stars. the word "moroccan" DOES NOT mean that he's using some old moroccan granny's recipe. it simply means that the dish is INSPIRED by moroccan traditions and elements. your "this is wrong" is a good thing for him, because if he just blindly stick to some old recipe without adding his own signature flavour then he's just a weak chef that deserves no recognition
