I tried this in an iron pan and the 2nd part in an electric oven topping it off with some mozzarella. If this tasted so good, I simply cant imagine how good what you guys are cooking tastes like...over fire, clay pots, trees, the sound of flowing water, pets!! Nothing beats this way of cooking. Real cooking it reminds me of when I was younger sharing food with my Italian friends at out allotments, cooking sausages, frittatas eating bread strong Italian cheese drinking wine, talking laughing and just bonding together in our common interest of growing our own food making our own sausages and bread. They were somewhat older than I was and all have gone to paradise, I am alone but their laughter and friendship still bring me comfort and joyful memories . I just love this rustic video it’s so evocative of how cooking should be a joy.

Easily the best cooking channel on YouTu be. I used to watch Food Wishes for the past 7 years and I still do, it's still very good and wouldn't have learnt everything I know if not for Food Wishes, but this channel is just as good if not better. Keep what you have been doing so far...don't change. Both channels are vastly different and I love them for those differences. I'm going to make this tomorrow for sure or at least attempt it.

Perfect in any way, since the main actors in your videos are your environment and the cooking ingredients being used. Luckily no cheap background music, no unnecessary comments - you're simply focussing on the bare essentials. Still hoping, that some day, KZbin will add olfactory components to their videos...however those dried abricots were sulphured; next time please use organic & non-sulphured ones (sort of the free-range version of a dried abricot 😄)

@@breejames6323 Nope. I pealed and removed the chore from enough tomatoes before I made them juice in the blender. Then I used it exactly as the video showed. Make sure you let it simmer at med-low heat until it evaporates the water and gains some viscosity. Do not overcook or you'll end up with a thicker paste instead of the silky sauce you are wanting. Also, grind more spices that you think you'll need because you will need it. Hope that helps.

OMG!!!! That is truly the ultimate Moroccan chicken down to the smallest detail!!!! I savored every moment of this video. I love the sounds and also the colors of the food and the nature! What a visual feast! Ohhh, how I wish I could smell it and taste it for myself! As for the hoods, I like the humble, earthy, non-verbal, hooded theme. It's so peaceful! Take a trip to the Canadian woods and you will never ask why they wear hoods again. You'll figure it out....
