Ma mann, things were already looking great but when you brought the cream cheese, I knew you were a real one. I always put cream cheese in my sauces. It makes a world of a difference. It looks amazing an reaaal rich.

Hello: Today I woke up and told myself I am going to try my hand at this bake Mac and cheese things. My grand aunt has given me her recipe well over 5 yrs I have never made the thing myself. I came across you video and the image along made me want to keep watching. I started the video and stopped to check out a few others but none of the start ups enticed me so I came back to your video. LET ME TELL YOU the cheese sauce alone is heavenly. I just added the bread crumbs and waiting on the finished product. THANK YOU for posting this video. I will definitely be adding this to my list.🙂

Personally I don't use flour anymore. Roux made with flour is just flour and flour. (as pasta is also made with flour).! I use cornflour. It's lighter and more silky. And a different texture to the pasta! Experiment, it's nice. Thanks for the recipe, loving the different cheeses! And creams👍🏽
