TBH, I don't understand why some people get offended if their character is considered low tier. It's not like you programmed the character or are the character yourself. I find it weird that you cling to your favorite character to the point where you take it personally when someone else considers them low tier. I main Shao and reached God rank with him with a decent record. If it works for you and you win matches, it even enhances the feeling of defeating top tiers with your mid tier or low tier

I thought overhyping a character was more annoying to ppl cos it makes ppl feel like someone’s saying they’re carried by their character. When players say a character is trash, if they mean cos of lore or gameplay, that could seem annoying, but if they’re saying they’re trash-tier, that’s more likely to be sympathetic.

Havik’s been my main since day 1. I’m a huge horror/ zombie fan so I fell in love with his ability to tear off his limbs. Since the new khaos reigns trailer I anticipated MK1 to give him new abilities and costumes.. nothing yet😢😢😢

I agree with your list completely! Seeing how I main Baraka or Kung lao I wish they would show Baraka some love make him a little more versatile considering his mixs up rely on the cameo your using. Which for me I use Sareena, Jax, or cyrex as a cameo. Honestly this is the 1st Mortal kombat that I've mained Baraka lol

@@Mene_the_Mentos08 I've always thought Baraka was a dope character I've just never been able to master him until MK1 I tried him in MK11 an I manage to pull off decent combos but never grasped the character until now lol I'm a huge mortal kombat fan I've been playing since the original MK where I mained Shang sung lol ever MK I mained a different character expect for 2 games where I mained scorpion which was MK11 an Armageddon lol 😂

TAKEDA has a flying kick where he does a spinning kick into the air, which can be done in the air and aimed, it’s very powerful, he can dodge keep away, and you can jump and use his kunis

One thing that I truly dislike about Invasions mode is the challenge tower and it's because 3 characters: Havik, Nitara and Reiko. Why? 'cause they're blood element, which is super resistant to physical damage. the higher the levels you get, the more annoying is fighting them 'cause they take way too long to beat. if I don't have a relic to win via time limit, beating them is unbearable (even worst when they have 2 bars -_- )

Sub zero is one of the worst characters in the game. The player gets punished for actually freezing people with bs scaling.the more meter he uses the less damage? Does that even make sense!? Also his ice ball is the worst move in the entire game.

Could you make a video explaining all the different terminology that you use. I know most of them but there’s some I don’t quite understand. (E.g: Safe on block, Whip Punishing etc)

Safe on block means that when you use an attack and your opponent blocks it, they can’t punish you for using it because your recovery time is quick enough for you to block any follow-up attacks from them. Whiff punishing just means when a fighter completely misses or “whiffs” an attack, and their opponent punishes them by attacking them while they are still recovering. Sorry if it’s still confusing idk how great of explanations those are lol 👍

Underdawg if you actually read every comment i need your help. My friend an quite a bit of other NRS players still haven’t even unlocked a single Kameo. My cousin has been playing since day one, his account is wayyyy above level 80 and he still haven’t even unlocked Kung Lao. Can you look into this and make it known to the wider audience so we can get this resolved. Even WB support is saying they don’t even know why it is happening. Big supporter, keep the content going.

I laugh when people say Kitana is broken lol. She is good but she will never be broken unless NRS decides to bless us and gives her an Overhead. Until then, solid honest character but it’s a chore to open people up epecially of you are fighting against Kung Lao, Johnny, Ermac, Shao, or Ashrah.

Okay can any one explain to me why they think mileena is good with out just saying “OMG DMG!” For real though, everyone does good damage. But she is slow, has no wake up, no plus frames, shortest reaching the game, no meaningfully mix, and has no good mids. With all these negative I don’t see how you ever get the chance to do any damage. Please explain

I have to admit Smoke is hard with those Vapor cancels. Sub-zero is good on his own. I just went back to my in and out combos. Used Sareena as.my Kameo fighter.

a buff to make shang still shang and good is to make it so morphing into your opponent is faster and can combo off of strings. wont even be the craziest thing in the game compared to other characters

As a smoke main i disagree he can start his mix up with overhead,low and a neutral. On top of a cameo that can extend a combo youre hitting a 14 hit combo everytime easy as heck. Amazing list though i agree with mostly everything else

Scorpion is number 1 currently by far, nitara is a close second. you literally can get away with zoning and chip damage with scorpion. It blows my mind and he gets like 7 options out of his teleport

Geras needs a better armored move. His sand double should only cost 1 bar. Also make it easier for geras to cancel out of time stop with kameos.

As a Havik main since day 1, I’m starving for changes, please NRS give me something to work with. I really hope he gets something whether new strings/moves or whatever in the dlc. If not at least it seems I’ll get his Deception skin (the mask was in the trailer so I’m guessing it’ll be in the store).

As a smoke main i thought that smoke is allways goin to be high or top tier simply bc of how his general moveset was designed. I think smoke is generally cool and fun in every game but he needs buffs (ik ima get some contraversy but hear me out) I think the mk9 smoke bomb needs to return and smoke towards and backwards needs to be the same as mk9/x. The shake needs to return but its 5 frames instead of 1 it is holdable and dash cancelable. and if only 2 of these moves get added they need to remove the gaps from every mixup. I mean its generally his design his character so why not give him love. Thats just my opinion you can have ur own :)

Why does everyone base all these tier list so heavily on “tournament results”, especially when you’re really only referring to offline majors? Oh but this character isn’t good offline. Their mixups are easy offline. Etc. That’s great and all but 99% of the players are playing online so offline tournament performance is really never relevant unless it’s offline tournament specific.

You forgot to talk about peacemaker. I think he's low tier because his neutral is pretty bad, his zoning is alright. His forward 4 is really slow and his back 2 gets ducked most of the time despite it being a mid. And his 2 2 mixup is fuzziable with practice. His damage is mediocre and he doesnt have many good tools aside from the safe jump off of almost any combo.

I got the Game 1 Month ago and make me sad Peacemaker is so low i love to play as him and he is freaking John Cena i also love to play as Omni-Man because his Combos are easy even for ppl who has it Hard to learn long combos and he has 2 of the best Fatalitys in the Game :D Would love to learn to play Homelander but he is so freaking Hard to play i cant get his BF3 Combos to work :( Hope whit the Release of Terminator T-1000 he plays kinda like T-800 in Mk11 just more unique because he is made of liquid Metal :)

You must know a secret nobody else does. The only big combo I am aware he has is the one where he kicks you in the air twice, kicks you 3 times, and then follows with a fire dragon. It does about 320 I think.

@@Historian474 it definitely should exist I'm just saying it shouldn't be as strong. I'm a firm believer that every archetype should be strong not just pressure, mix up, and grappling. You literally can get cheesed out by homelander doing full screen unlockables but asking less anti zoning and it's a problem. I love the creativity of the game but every archetype should be viable.
