Agreed. His character became such a one dimensional figure with no depth. They could have gone a different route with him and explored more of his journey as grandmaster and creating his own legacy. I will miss human Bi Han though, he turned into Noob too soon when we just got introduced to him after so many years.

I’m guessing some things are inevitable, no matter the timeline: 1. Kenshi becomes blind. 2. Mileena and Baraka being afflicted with Tarkat. 3. Reiko being a devout loyalist to Shao. 4. Havik’s disfigured face. 5. Kuai Liang’s attaining his iconic scar. 6. King Jerrod’s death before the main story and Sindel’s during the main story. 7. Smoke being a part of the Lin Kuei. 8. It’s implied that some of the kameo characters like Kano and Mavado are still villains in some of the pre-fight dialogues.

I'm hoping we see Bi-Han redeemed or at least reconcile with Kuai-Liang. Give Bi-Han and Kuai-Liang a genuine kind brotherly moment together for the first time since...ever. But given the character's record, I'm also gearing up for disappointment.

Sadly that will probably never happen. But I can see them at least have a slightly more friendlier rivalry then they currently have. As for Sub-Zero I imagine we will get a new one. Maybe Cyber Sub-Zero created by Sektor. But I could also see Sektor taking over the Grandmaster role from him when he falls.

I feel like Kwei Liang may have been in a relationship with Cyrax. Simply from the way they interacted. She was genially hurt he left the clan. Unknown to her, Bi Han had been the true betrayer, to clan, and realm.

@@rayhayes7701 No, I don't think so. Scorpion has been close to Harumi for a long time. Also, have you ever lost a match in story mode? It gives a little unique ending each time. If you lose a match in Scorpion's chapter, it says something along the lines of "As Kuai Liang lays there, his only regret is that he will never get to see Harumi one last time" or something like that.

In the original timeline, Sektor was the son of the pre Grandmaster of Lin Kuei clan,also an arch enemy of Kuai Liang who was Sub zero,but in the Liu Kang's universe, Sektor becomes a woman,and she is the daughter of Madame Bo.

Quick thought: If Bi Han is now Noob Saibot, and Kwai Liang is now Scorpion, does that mean there's no more Sub-Zero? Is Frost gonna be the new, mask-less MK3 version? Another quick thought: If the new grand master of the Lin Kwei is the new Noob Saibot, complete with shadows, what happens to the clan now? Are they becoming Noob's shadows?

Even though im not a big fan of NRS gender bending Cyrax and Sektor, I do, on the other hand, like that, we at least got some more lore expansion on the Lin Kuei. As for Bi-Hans transition into Noob Saibot, i do believe that NRS has no idea what to do with his character when he has so much potential that is sadly being wasted. This also further proves why NRS should never have made Kui-Liang be Scorpion and kept Hanzo in the role. Especially when Kui-Liang would've replaced Bi-Han if we were going to have the Noob Saibot transformation again.

There is a retcon in the story of mk1 because scorpion says why he can't be the lin kuei's grandmaster is because cyrax and sektor are loyal to him no question yet in khaos reigns we see it as almost hinting at the fact she was friends with kuai liang not bihan and is always questioning bi han in defintion that is not loyal to a fault you still question them but if your loyal to a fault that means cyrax would not question bihan or anything she would obey his commands without question.

I have a feeling it will. Plus it seems to be covering some of the Earthrealmers arcade endings (so far Scorpion and Sub-Zeros) which could suggest a couple more chapters. Being made based off of some of the other arcade endings. Not certain which ones though. Which arcade endings can you see being added to the Khaos Reigns story?

So the new Cyrax is still from Africa just a different country in it. That's completely fine by me. Although part of me wanted her to be from Kenya. Sektor feels the same as the original. For those that don't know, Sektor is my least favorite character within the Lin Kuei because he's just the typical I want power and to be the boss type of villain that I'm bored of. If this new Sektor isn't like that then ok. If she is well I don't know what to tell you folks. Noob Siaboot; just make him a genuine threat. That's it. Don't reinvent the wheel and don't make so overpowered where he is boring.

I'm gonna be a bit of a sour puss here but as of now going into season 2 of MK1 there hasn't been any major animosity between certain characters as in rivalries and evil henchmen to say the least. The most of which we have is the obvious ones that is Shang Tsung, Quan Chi, Havik & Shao that posses much of a threat among the good guy roster. Even with the lesser that hardly worth posing like Nitara, Reiko & Rain are not as 1 note to have even being just henchmen or having making bad decisions to just be left behind. And that is something that have me gotten urk about this game that there isnt as much of the heroes vs villians part where is missing and it just feels one-sided. It's like with Street Fighter 6 where there's hardly any bad villians in that game with only being Juri, JP, AKI & now Bison added to the mix. In any case Liu Kang and his warriors need an opposition that's not just relagated to just 1 or 2 people and have them fighting their warriors who have there own goals in mind, it's kinda the reason why henchmen are needed to help in the same similar opposite vein as the good guys are. i would love for Nightwolf to come back, but not with a genderswap. not really meaning to be sexist or anything, seriously, i like the new Sektor and Cyrax, but the only mention of a female Nightwolf was in Nightwolf's ladder ending in MK11, and even then she was just the one he was training to replace him as Nightwolf in his timeline specifically, not anyone else's. so we could still easily have the same old Nightwolf we've come to know and love, he'd probably just have a little animosity toward Liu Kang for letting colonialization happen anyway, when he could have easily stopped it with his Keeper of Time powers.

Uh, it's established here that Kuai Liang is born with pyromancy. There is no way he can relinquish his fire power just like that. However, Dragon Medallion is a thing from previous timelines. In this timeline, it may as well become an artifact to give someone ice powers, thus giving birth to a new Sub-Zero if Bi-Han can't or doesn't feel like retaking the mantle for reasons.

Take out the Noob Saibot factor, the second their ideas don't align, what do you think would happen?
