Chris Deebo You are absolutely tripping. First Shao Kahn is way out of Devorahs league. Secondly He's one of the most protected characters in MK lore. Usually takes one of the strongest characters to stand a chance of winning a fight with him (Lui Kang, Onaga, Raiden, etc) even than it usually involves some dumb circumstances to stop him. (I.E Elder God intervention or backstabbing) Kahn doesn't lose easily. Devorah killing Baraka and Mileena is a far cry from the insane shit Shao Kahn has pulled in the series.

In the new timeline he was already more powerful than everyone and bested fujin and raiden and almost absorbed them and then later crushes raiden with skeletal hands...then shinnoks transforms and js stronger than ever and stronger than anyone else and he gets defeated by cassie...that was disappointing considering shinnok is sbove shao khan. But even here it’s explained that the cage family have magical powers and were the only reason shinnok was defeated. Khan is not the main boss here and while he should’ve seemed stronger the point was the spotlight not be on him but kronica. Now she’s the one stronger than shinnok and all the other villains. Cassie and kitana defeated two of the strongest villains

Had he fought her first then they both powered up it would have looked better. Instead she turns green quickly and we the player fodderize a new form of Shinnok before his power even gets established. Shao Khan was made into a bitch. He could handle kortal but one stab from Kitana and he needs to run. But don't worry, once he's safe from big bad Kitana he magically can should press Kortal like he wasn't hurt from a rib stab. It's almost like he remembered he was Shao Khan and that earlier in the story he tanked Kortals sword like it was nothing. Point is...both fights were poorly executed and made the Villains in each fight look pathetic.
