won't matter what the interest rate is,people have too much debt,same as always---compared to the drop in house prices after the 2008 fiasco the debt levels on everything is thru the roof--houses will be bought from the bank for 10 cents on the dollar on money owed--last go around i bought 5 houses for 25 to 30 cents on the dollar owed--wait 2 years

People have a lot more equity now than they did last time though.
