It’s so infuriating when they change the look of the property to look totally different. It’s so exhausting as it is trying to find the right place, so to run somewhere and be completely disappointed is gruelling. All that shifty red flag stuff should be illegal! Great video guys and I’ll keep all that in mind.

I once looked at a house online which had a photos of the pool and the water was beautiful and blue/clear. The listing also had a video of the house which is harder to "photoshop" so showed the real state of the pool - green and full of algae!

Yeah its an awful trick that some agents are now using. You know what is even more difficult to 'photoshop'? A physical inspection 😁

A lot of what you spoke about here is actually illegal activity under the property Act. Underquoting is targeted by OFT and your viewers should be urged to report poor behaviour and illegal activity straight to OFT. Customers just accepting this from agents are part of the problem and helps create the poor representation of agents out there. Activity such as this is only there because some think they can get away with this. Make them accountable as OFT are more than happy to pull agents into line.
