Redbank is not a flood risk lol, gentrification will blow prices out of the park i grew up in Redbank and Goodna and am aware of the growth potential in the area..schools are popping up everywhere, developments too, new road upgrades etc. Suburbs closest to the Brisbane corridor will see the biggest growth, Gailes, Camira, Goodna, Redbank, Redbank Plains, Springfield, Augustine Heights...Brookwater is already up there as one of the most expensive suburbs in Queensland

Come 2032 Ipswich will be prime real estate. Most of the lower Socials would have moved on to other outer areas. Ipswich has the potential to be a boutique city with boutique prices. Gentrification is already happening Brisbane is surpassing all expectations and Ipswich will too Whilst I don’t agree with inflated house prices and families being displaced due to high prices. It’s just the world we live in within a capitalist system there are winners and losers in this World.

@@MortgageBrokerAustraliaif you move to Ipswich now your house/land will likely go up 40%-50% and beyond +/- Come 2032. It has the potential to be a lovely city just outside Brisbane. Which will likely be the best city to live in within Australia. Ipswich has great potential with its old world charm get in now before your paying even more top dollar. Be mindful if moving to cheaper outer areas as these are being changed by the transition of lower social affects

Can you do one of these about caboolture Please! I own 3000m2 behind the big fish tavern (just off pumicestone road), and the demographic of people and housing is completely different to other areas in Caboolture/morayfield. Also thanks for the videos, I couldn’t have done it without you guys.
