Just got mine delivered yesterday......I've put it down maybe 3 times since the last 10 hours....this gun is that freaking amazing. He's very right on the "heft" this gun has....but I got a way to fix that, whenever your using it for display purposes only or reenactments. So all you have to do, is take the mag out that holds the CO2 and the hex key and bb's and your gun will be so much lighter that it's pretty crazy...I know it sounds stupid like a small mag couldn't change the weight but try it yourself and you will see you can shoulder hold it a lot longer and A LOT MORE COMFY. Also, everybody complaining about the loose bolt that keeps coming out and being real wiggly....all you have to do is, when you cycle your bolt to add the next BB.....pull out on your bolt and flip it to safety, so while your walking around squirrel and rabbit hunting or just shooting at stuff, your bolt won't have any movement to it what so ever. If anybody is still struggling with weight problems having trouble holding at the shoulder firing position.....removing the bayonet which is also metal will reduce weight dramatically. Well, that's all the tips I got for ya folks...hope this helped!! Im obsessed with this thing!!

Please don't use this to hunt.. Its inhuname as low power and not at all designed for it.. For less money you can get a full power springer air rifle for hunting.

Wow that's similar to the actual rifle. The bolt cocks the same exact way except you pull it back to load a 7.62x54 round into the chamber. The bolt it's self cocks on the rotation action and not the pullback. That's actually really nice. Would buy one for like $100. Wouldn't pay more then 150 because i got me real one for 200

I feel bad for those that have to settle for an air rifle, instead of the real deal. Sad thing is I only paid $150 for my 1942 Izhevsk Mosin Nagant 91/30 all matching with bayonet, and 100 rds of 7.62x54r. I love that gun and dont ever see myself parting with it, especially it being the first firearm I ever owned. Regardless though, I guess its cool people can kind of have something similar to the real thing!

Dan P it is actually a full pull bolt, but as he says, the cocking of the bolt hammer is like the original, in that just raising the bolt and minimal rear movement will be enough to cock the hammer. It won't feed a round on the original, but due to the Mag used on the bb version, it can feed a round too.

shame about the bolt design, means no scope can be fitted. also a quick mention, the gun featured in Enemy at the gates is Mosin Nagant 90/30 with a power PU scope. Suppose the regular troops might of had those versions?
@danpos1971
@danpos1971 8 жыл бұрын
91/30. The 91 represents the year is was developed. I own several including an authentic 1943 Russian PU sniper in original form :) It has a bent bolt. Not a straight one like the standard 91/30's.

Scopes were not fitted on top of any mosin.. they had a side mount tapped into the reciever and an extended bolt handle, though alotta bubbas have gotten into the habit of removing tje rear sight and using the dovetail mount to scout mount something

“I don’t want to shoot a BB in this large farm building in case I get hurt.” Sir, put the TOY gun down and go and organise your boyfriend’s feather collection. You really ought to be ashamed of your lack of promoting firearms in the UK. I would wager that’s down to you fearing a KZbin strike and demonetisation of your video by the lunatics at FruitTube!

Mr A point taken there fella but with the price of air rifles like a bsa ultra or scorpion with a middle range pcp that cost around the 450-600 mark and some air arms and day state rifle that can gone in the 1000 pound mark you may as well get a fac which is relly not that hard and get a nice little 22lr cz 452/455 for around 350
@MaxHeadRush
@MaxHeadRush 8 жыл бұрын
Yea, totally agree. Personally I would love a FAC but the application all seems complicated to me haha. I mean, knowing exactly why you want to own a gun (simply to target shoot is not a good enough reason apparently) and exactly what type of gun.So many to choose from!

very simple to get a section 1 licence or a section 2 as long as you have no criminal record (nothing major) and buy the right safe/gun cabinet . than join a club or find some one with some land something like a farm would be best make sure its police approved for shooting live rounds obviously ask permission to shoot on it than that could get you a fac or section 2 or both you will half to do a few more things but nothing hard i shoot on a farm using 22lr and 223 and my shotguns and of course air weapons to. point is its easier than most think

PLEASE do not shoot another video where ever the heck you are just now. That damn high-pitched noise is REALLY distracting, and it causes some people actual pain in the ears if it 'hits' with the volume turned up a bit loud.

Michel Gaudet I literally thought the exact same throughout the hole video. Im watching this late at night in my bed at my house and I have all my TVs turned off so it's really quiet but while watching the video....I've had to pause the video about 6 times thinking it was coming from outside. Don't get me wrong though, other than that, this is an absolute AMAZING review of this gun and the guy did a great job showing the rifle off and giving good detail of the specs on the gun so we can all imagine and get a good feel of how it would be like if we were holding one while we're watching the video while he's explaining it. I just ordered mine today, which is(April, 18th 2017) and was told it will be delivered to me in 3 to 4 days max....and this gentlemen has giving me great info and so much detail where I basically feel like I already know how it's gonna feel on my hands and operating it. Very nice video besides the irritating type sound of workers and work trucks with a back up beeper right outside(what looks like a shop) and sounds like the big unloading door is opened right next to him

@Dark LemonS I may know a way. Why do you need to lower the power?
@noble2010
@noble2010 7 жыл бұрын
Because I want to use this replica in a more "infantry" style of play, so not like a sniper. And because in my country the power must be at most 2 joules. I would be most grateful if you could give me a way.

If all else fails, maybe drill a small hole in the barrel towards the reciever end? This could let some of the gas escape and reduce the velocity of the round.

Kevin Cudmore why should a replica air soft gun shooting plastic BB,s have to be sprayed bright colours or the owner has to hold a licence to retain a replica look yet this rifle shooting metal BB,s at higher velocities does not .? If the answer is just that it isn't an airsoft gun makes no sense
@TheOriginalCombatGerbil
@TheOriginalCombatGerbil 8 жыл бұрын
Mark James Because an airgun in the UK is classified as a firearm not requiring FAC, being a firearm,, it doesn't need to be brightly coloured. An Airsoft is a replica therefore should be distinguished from a firearm.
