Thanks again pete. I ordered a 23 890 so trying to do my homework on adventure bikes since all I know are dirt bikes. I think that ectotherm is a good addition to the klim Baja s4 and enduro jacket system.

Packing can be an ever-evolving task. For a lot of us it changes, even throughout the duration of a trip.

@@MoskoMoto I personally like to pack in order of use. Most used items on top or in a quick access pouch and least used items on bottom. For sleeping gear I like to pack in order of set up so tent, pad, sleeping bag, pillow so I stuff my pillow first, then sleeping bag, then pad, then tent so it’s all ready to go in that order when I camp.

We use moto gear bags. We're in the midst of designing our own, but a lot of us here are funning Fox, or Ogio roller gear bags.

Great tips, thank you! Will the BackCountry stay waterproof without the dry bag insert? Also, are you guys planning for a slightly larger BackCountry like a 40 liter or so? Any plans for a BackCountry bracket to mount directly to a 1250GS OEM rack?

Hey Souheil! The Backcountry Panniers are not fully waterproof without the drybag insert, just water-resistant. :) No plans for larger BC panniers at this time, but you can increase the capacity of each pannier to 40L by choosing the 2-pocket option - giving you a total of 80L. Hope this helps!
