you have a Flap indicator gauge... it's between the Gear indicator gauge and the bomb bay door handle and also don't need to unlatch the Gear handle when bringing gear down... it's there to prevent accidental gear up

Find you don't actually need to get the whell chocks removed (but you do if you want the tutorial to complete). Can't see the fuel knobs with my eye tracker - head movement doesn't seem to be implemented in game yet, looks like it works fine with your headset. There's lots of stuff in the training tutorial about moving the stick around as you start your takeoff run but have found the best way is what you did with the stick neutral and wait, it's pretty easy to stall after takeoff if you're not careful though. Absolutely lovely aircraft to fly and looks so beautiful on external views! Landing as ever is type 2 fun, great landing there cap.

@@grimreapers utterly gorgeous though, fast and hard to detect due to it's wooden construction. Radar reflectivity is directly proportional to a structures electrical conductivity, so the most reflective is metals, then concrete, masonry, earth and then wood for example. Wooden wonder

Hi, did you find out how to adjust the artificial horizon before takeoff? There is a knob for it in P-51D Mustang, but I don't know how to do it in Mosquito, could not find any info in the manual as well.

I'm having a heck of a time with the mosquito on take off. Keeping it rolling straight down the run way is nearly impossible. If I get to take off speed as soon as I get airborn the left wing dips down and I crash. I can fly it fine if I start air born so it's not a binding issue. Any ideas?

Go into special options and add takeoff assists, you can then slowly remove assist until you got it.

@@grimreapers I did that and it helped. I also found I have to just let it take off. If give it any stick to try and rotate it does that. What speed do you usually let the stick center from full aft? Starting to love this bird now that I can get into the sky.

I’ve found that neutral rudder trim is best for taking off. Every time I try to take off following the book, the left wing dips after take off. Neutral rudder trim is best.

Thats P-factor, or torque roll. i believe he says to hold the brake lever until you throttle up, then release. use rudder to counteract any torque pull once moving.
