🍁FALL in a Southern Kitchen🍁Easy HOMEMADE Apple Cobbler Recipe🍁

Easy Apple Cobbler
Ingredients:
1/3 cup butter
6-8 apples, peeled and sliced thin
1 TB lemon juice
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1 TB baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup & 2 TB milk
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Slice butter and add to 9X9 casserole dish.
Place in oven while it's preheating to melt the butter.
In a large bowl, coat apple slices with brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice.
In a separate bowl mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, vanilla, and milk.
Pour milk mixture over melted butter, don't stir.
Place apple in dish on top of butter and milk mixture, don't mix in.
Bake for 45-55 minutes, until breading is cooked through and beginning to brown on top.
Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream!

I just made a homemade cheese burger on a brioche sesame seed bun, it was so good, just beef mince mixed with some garlic and onion powder, cheese , ketchup and some raw onion, sooooo good.

I gotta try that cobbler recipe because I like a little texture. Some crunch in the apples sounds amazing. Also if you ever want to change up the egg and cheese sandwich a smidge, you should try Korean street toast. It's also done on the blackstone and really easy to make. Plus watching the street food videos is fascinating.

Here’s a simple recipe for great apple crisp: I box mix of white cake 2 cans of apple pie filling Land O’ Lakes butter Grease a 9x13 cake pan. Grease or butter the pan. Pour filling in the bottom of the pan. Cover with the dry cake mix. Place all over the top the butter. Not melted. Bake per the cake mix instructions. It’s done when lightly browned on top. I love it warm with vanilla ice cream. I promise it’ll be a hit. Oh! And don’t bake in a glass pan. The only time I did that the glass shattered in the oven. 😢
