We eat breakfast for dinner every Saturday night, we love it that much!! On the sunny side up eggs, I put the lid but also a couple teaspoons of water to make the steam to cook them lickety split. I've been blessed to not have seasonal allergies since doing a NAET treatment with a chiropractor... you might need to look into that, LOL. Manny's tail is hilarious.

I know the kind of pancakes your talking about. When I was a little girl, my dad would make them every Sunday for us. He really was a perfectionist at making pancake's. Crispy brown around the edges and golden brown in the middle. Bittersweet memory.
