Did you measure before and after to see how much lift you got?

I did not measure. I have done this on Ranger 900 and if you move the shock to the outward hole and crank the spring adjustment all the way up, I believe you can get 1-1.5" lift. This is my first Northstar and it's a lot heavier than a standard Ranger 900, but I expect results will be very similar.
