Fun fact, the original Jack In The Box locations were built to look like jack in the boxes. They were a huge cube shaped fast food building. I miss them.

A few mistakes at the end ~ JITB thaws their tacos and keeps them in a refrigerator before they go in the fryer. The greenest leafiest outer leaves of a head of iceberg lettuce go to the sandwich station. The taco station gets the shredded inner parts (the core goes in the trash). The red pepper flakes are strained from the sauce so they don't jam up the squeeze bottle.
