Perhaps the Jas 39 E/F might become obsolete & outdated model by the time the agreement between Sweden & Phils. would materialized due to the long period of negotiation & decision of the Phil. govt. to finally acquire it.

This is still a Horizon2 funds under Duterte and delayed due to the processing of MOU with different EU countries beside Sweden & DND. I do hope the changes of model units will be resolved soon, so as not to prolong the deliveries. Horizon3 under BBM is also approved & hopefully the list of for procurement of new military assets includes additional squadron of MRF and submarines.
