2:37 or click the movie you don't want, go to the first episode/first few seconds of the movie, till it says 0:00:00 all zero's and pause it, then exit out of the movie and it'll disappear

I was watching a show but then it dissapeared from my account completely. When I check the other accounts it was still there? But for some reason it wasn’t on my account at all and only worked with a hotspot in mine. how to fix?
