Great short cardio workout! Right intensity for me. Did it after another 30min cardio class (Hannah’s as well) and felt refreshed and strong. Thank you for the sweat, Hannah 😁

Hey hannah, I'm new to ur channel . It's so refreshing to see ur workout . I tried a workout circuit of yours . It was really amazing . But can u mention a name of each exercise you do ? Bcoz I'll feel more comfortable when you name a each exercises you do . It would be even better if you mention it in the description box . That's just my suggestion 🙂🙂🙂

Love the cardio but can’t move as fast as you do so I do my modifications!!
