@@hydrolox3953 nor the r-60m/mk got buffed, both the r-60m and r-60mk are the same thing, what hes probably talking about is that the SU-22M3 used to not have R-60MK's, only normal R-60's, it eventually got R-60MK's, but in my opinion its still not that good as a fighter. Also barely any countermeasures hurts at 11.3

r60m are in my opinion just very gimmicky, its like a sraam with all of its issues fixed except for flare resistance and range, very fun when they work. also seeing someone do well in the su22m4 is just surreal, normally its a noobie trap

Can you please elaborate? 🤓 I haven't played any plane that has sraam's, but from what I know the main problems of sraam is flare resistance and range, so what are the other issues then? The damage or what? I have played mig21bis a lot and for me it seems like r60mk is just better version of sraam with none of the issues fully fixed.. I'm not sure but if sraam have proximity fuse, it could be kinda even better in some rare situations..

I don't know when the RWR of Su22M3 buff, the last time I played it, its RWR only has 4 directions and no lauch warning.

tbf there is a bug going around right now where the missiles just dont show up until theyre extremely close to you so maybe thats what happened

That’s only with cruise missile like r24, r27 and beside you should always preflare when in range of enemy or passing them otherwise it’s just skill issue

Flying perpendicular and changing altitude can help. Also approach the battlefield at a low altitude like hugging the ground then pop up and launch missiles or bombs etc

Being on the receiving end of this plane, I would say so lol. All aspects AAMs and laser guided ATGMs at 10.3 are potent. Regarding mouse guided SAMs, I'd look at other nation's missiles and be aware of their range. Turn and fly away from their direction to burn out their motor or break line of sight to stop them from tracking you. Flares can help break *radar* lock, but you'd be better off saving it for IR missiles. With the recent update, test flights now have an AI controlled SAM to practice with. The AI is competent, so if you can manage that one then actual matches should go smoothly. Hopefully my amateur advice helps, good luck with your grind.

German one is better (has more flares), but if you can play only this one stay low and use S-3K rockets, or use Kh-25ML to focus kill SPAA's and then ground pound in peace. Most ground to air missles at this br you can outright roll-turn dodge (like you do with sparrows) and save your flares for enemy aircraft missles. Furthermore another tactic is to turn on cannon CCIP and snipe enemy SPAA from a far with your guns and save ordinance for other tanks.
