Hello Dr Sachin , this video was very informative. I got pinched nerve near shoulder and neck part and as a result my index and middle finger of left hand are numb . Along with this there are two other areas in my upper and lower back just right side of my spine I feel ticking on and off . I do stretching exercise regularly. Can you pl suggest some solutions. Sir, good evening I have regular pain in lower back......its start whenever i do sitting since last two yrs, my body get exhaust..... completely feels in eyes too.....earlier the pain used to goes left leg till hill.....
