Most common Suit Jacket Fit adjustments

Even though styles and fit preferences change over the years, there are always a few things I want to make sure of when I am fitting a suit jacket. This isn't every possible alteration that can be made, but these are the most common adjustments I have come across in my career as a theatrical costumer.

The trick with the card to lengthen the sleeve is one I am going to add to my toolbox. Tricia you truly are the Queen of the Safety Pin pinning through that card with one hand.😂 Great video.

Thank you for providing the traditional expectation of where a sleeve is supposed to hit the hand. I have had this be a point of debate frequently. I can't break the rules until I know what they actually are! 🤣
