The build video is finally done! I decided to post it here on our smaller tech channel first before possibly posting it on my gaming channel. Smash that like button if you enjoyed and thanks for the support! I'll be ramping things up in 2025 on the tech channel and we'll start things off with coverage from CES. There's a more longer cut that dives deeper into the technical aspects of this build that I'm working on as well that will go into things like the gold and brass electroplating, more on the design process, and BTS of all the pressures and bad things gone wrong. Also please check out Blue Horse Studios here: kzbin.info

How cool is it that all the blood, sweat & tears in this love letter to your favorite franchise is on display somewhere at Santa Monica Studios? You guys really outdid yourselves with this build, Sarah!

By the gods, that is beautiful. I Love the gold with the blue coolant, and all the Norse symbol accents you placed in different locations. I'm playing through the game right now, and really liking it. Thank You, Santa Monica Studios!

Well that was spectacular! What a build. It is absolutely stunning. Loved the commentary too. When you were talking about the complexity of measuring tubes, and making the run, then having to dissemble everything several times during the process, I don't think it did justice to what you must have been going through! Disassembling a normal pc build for any reason is annoying, and even soul destroying. But taking this work of art apart again and again must have kept you up for hours! And with little Leia by your side ... anyone with a cat knows she would be trying to climb into the build every chance she got. It's what cats do. If she could knock out any tubes while you were trying to measure even better as far as she is concerned. Great fun for them, but kinda infuriating for us poor pc builders!

Thank you! Also it's ok, I'm not too worried about views. Algo doesn't pick up on my non monetized videos as much.

Good eye. There was a spacer nut that was left out causing the part where it was missing to be closer when torqued down. But don't worry I went back and put it in :)

lol remember when you said thermalright copied thermal grizzlys contact frame? And then gave a big non apology in the comments about how you totally didn't say that, when in the video it's clear you did. How things have progressed.
@SnaxanTech11 сағат бұрын
lol do you work for thermal right? That's such a funny thing to remember. Anyway, I am 100% sure I never said ThermalRight copied TG's Grizzly's frames. I said that there were a lot of knockoffs that work just as good as the original design. The reason I said this was that when I did the video a few years back, I researched and indeed there were literally 7 cheap contact frame brands that were sold. I honestly don't have an issue with Thermal Right and it makes sense to buy that one instead. I've always maintained that and said it even before. The point which you missed, was that some worked just as good and I understood if people would want to buy them because they were cheaper. I think some people, including you, thought I was trying insinuate that I was specifically talking about TR. I honestly wasn't and if I recall, I even said as much in the comments.
