This is such a unique concept for a perfume video! It’s nice to be able to appreciate fragrances on other people that we may not necessarily purchase for ourselves. Also black opium rocks. I just ordered the intense version just in time for winter :)

My husband and I were queued behind a couple at a show in Melbourne when I smelled something that made my soul want to sing! I still remember the scene vividly, the wonder and the magic of it. I immediately asked, what is that lovely scent you're wearing? It was L'Occitane Verbena. My husband loved it too and ended gifting me a bottle as a reminder of our trip to Melbourne. But it has never evoked the same wow factor for me when I wear it. I dislike Coco Mademoiselle on myself but I really like it on a colleague. There is a core group of about three or four people at work who always ask me what I'm wearing and I wonder if some people are more attracted to or attuned to scents than others. They like my Diors, Guerlains and Chloes but it's Mariah Carey "M" that seems to draw the most compliments. Huh!

Love chanel coco. It is a wonderful ambry spicy classic kind of smell😍 The one which I detect on others is Olympia edp. I love the trail and how it smells on them. On me it is just vanilla and vanilla...! Your top is so pretty ❤

I have noticed La Vie Est Belle and Si on others. I don't like La Vie Est Belle so much. I think it's too sweet. Even though I like sweet fragrances. I'm too shy to ask strangers what fragrance they are wearing. It has happened sometimes that someone smelled really good. And I regret later that I didn't ask which fragrance it was.

Hi Sal, I love most of these perfumes too. I did buy Velvet Orchid from Tom Ford instead of the more famous Black Orchid, as it has a softer note on me but the lasting power I need to still there. I'm in Phoenix right now and my Kayali Invite onlyAmber 23 in my travel size is especially beautiful out here on my skin. I love the bright, clear sun too!

Aww lovely! I suppose it might have cooled down (a bit) there at this time of year? I recently sprayed velvet orchid on a test card and quite liked it :) I got the feeling it was quite a deep and complex scent, one that I need to go back to and try properly on my skin. The bottle is really pretty! 💜

Hey Sal! I also don’t like Black Orchid. However, I got a complimentary sample of it a few days ago and for some reason I can’t stop smelling it.😂 I sniff it and then I go “ew,meh”. Then I smell it again, and again lmaooo. I don’t think it’s a bad fragrance, it’s just not for me. It’s too heavy. I dabbed it on my husband’s skin and I loved the sillage.

I like also Coco but I prefer the eau de toilette version. Do you know it ? Idole By Lancôme is very Nice, Idole L’intense is gorgeous. To my nose I scent Woody, floral deep notes. It is absolutly beautiful, maybe you can like this flanker ❤

Miss dior absolutely blooming is a compliment magnet, every time I wear it I get compliments. Its also my husbands favourite scent on me. He doesn’t like any of my niche one🤔 Designer really is mass pleasing, so I am wearing my niche for myself😂

Love Coco Chanel. Although I recently complimented a coworker, and she was wearing Coco Mademoiselle! That one never worked for me and I recently decluttered it. It's funny how the experience differs depending on first person vs third person perspective.

perfumes can smell so different on different people, example: Armani Code smalls sickly sweet vanilla on me but on my mum it turns into nivea cream!

Since the pandemic I don’t ask women what perfume they are wearing. Coco Eau de Parfum was my favourite Chanel perfume in the 80’s. I have not tried it since. I should test it out in the shop someday.

A coworker would wear Coach fragrances and it always smelled amazing on her. I tried a couple of them and they just didn’t last on me at all, so I didn’t bother purchasing any of the Coach flankers.😂

I also complimentes Libre intense, but to be honest, I dont really enjoy it. I think I complimented it, because I could smell it, and I rarely smell fragranses in denmark. This one has a strong performace. But.. Its actually not a favorit. To sharp to my nose. 🙂

Who doesn't like compliments? I usually don't remember the name of the perfume when someone compliments and asks what I'm wearing. Very strange!
