Just imagine if google can give out any information considered private linking you personally to it by another person... I'm pretty sure that will be misused to the point where it ruins life. About the private information being sold... google uses profiling and ml to show ads and sells general data, not the whole private individually identifying data, even if the data is individually identifying, it's more safer in a database that uses it for ads, rather than in the hands of a person looking to harm individuals... I'm not supporting google, I'm just saying that people are shittier, and the same people run these companies as well...

They anonymise your data. For example when they sell your data the dont sell it directly they sell it as sort of a bundle of people in this bundle are between 28 and 35 years old, tracking you down is impossible from that data, because they serve ads themselves based on that data. It does not leave google. Police asling for data also opens a very dangerous precedent without lawyers present because it will be abused and because that data is private, not anonimyzed. Also there is a thing about this specific case, they obeyed the law of the land to blur the faces, so deblurring it is a problem because it might be breaking a law

@@Wendy_O._Koopa Encryption mean anything to you?
@iceypie62624 ай бұрын
@@Nirmiti.Hi, IT expert and cyber security worker here. That word doesn't actually mean anything in terms of using a big company like google. They save *everything.* they even have a spot on your google account where you can download the entirety of your data that they've collected of you, and it is *terrabytes* of information usually. Companies track everything. Encryption means other people cant see it, but that doesn't mean its not stored away, and that also doesn't mean Google isn't selling it. Because trust me, they are. Google makes profiles of everyone, even people who don't have accounts. Its why they got sued and KZbin kids had a revamp, its why they got sued and now incognito legally cant say it doesn't save your history. There are plenty of cases of companies directly violating privacy laws and nothing being done. And if a company like google is asked to forfeit information that can help in a crime, they have to give it over by law in at least 90% of countries. They can drag there feet kicking and screaming and demanding every little bit of paperwork, but they eventually *have* to give that information, especially for serious cases. So to answer your question with a question, when you ask "does encryption mean anything to you?", do you mean privacy? Or do you mean data protection? Because they are *very* different in the IT world. And they are *not* the same thing.

Why on earth would the man stop her work visa application if the reason he removed her from the bank accounts was because she was spending too much? Wouldn’t he want her to get more money, and they said he did that because he wanted her to be more independent.
@projectjupiter55234 ай бұрын
cutting someone off from money is a tactic used by abusers to keep victims from gaining independence or escaping. without a work visa, she would be unable to work and earn her own money, and without a bank account, she would have no access to the combined funds aside from the cash allowance he gave her, which was likely too small to facilitate her escape. as a result, she didn't have any money, which meant she had no means of leaving him, either alone or with her kids; she stayed as her lack of a job (due to him preventing her from getting a visa for eight years) or funds (as explained above) meant that in the event of divorce, she would be unable to get custody of her kids.

Google Maps isn't about going where you are, it's about fighting crime by finding it.

Although it's not on Google Earth or Google Maps, the first story reminds me of the prank pitchers Dan Plesac and Dave Coggin played on the TV audience. Knowing that the camera would follow any home run that flew over their bullpen, Plesac pretended to punch Coggin in the face at just the right moment. You can still find the videos (I think they did this multiple times) on KZbin and other sites.

It's very unlikely that Gammino was manually spotted due to his resemblance to the younger version of himself, all the more if you consider the blurring of his face. They did a reverse face search, and voila!

This guy deserves a way bigger fanbase, his videos are so well made and I literally get so excited when he posts, sucks that he doesn’t rake in millions of views a video

I know this probably won’t happen, but I love your videos and I’m also really interested in the mystery behind Kate Yup so if I could make one suggestion, that’s it. Again, I know this most likely won’t happen and if it does happen it’s going to be a bit far in the future because making videos like these most likely takes a lot of time
