I’ve never seen Mike train anyone hammer curls of any type so I’m wondering if there’s no need for them for brachialis? Anybody…?

Hey I just saw your comment there is a video on Mike's channel where he uses a kettle bell to demonstrate a hammer curl variation I , I'm sure he wouldn't say there is no need for them, the thing that I learned from watching him you don't have to do everything he does and none of the thing he doesn't , you just have to feel the muscle and not do exercises because so and so said do them .

@@MoFromEgy thanks. Exactly, I hear what you’re saying. I just wondered Mikes opinion on hammer curls. If they’re not necessary I’d likely believe him and so only do those occasionally. They’re not in any of his videos but after my comment I did by chance see him touch on them in a way.

@@MoFromEgy Actually the kettlebell hammer curls is the video I was referring to, I did see that after posting my comment. Apart from that I’ve not seen Mike comment on or show hammer curls.

Hey Man! Quick question, if you are training solo, did Mike give you a template of how a workout should be in terms of reps/sets, weight? if not, how you execute it?

When I train by myself everything is by feel. So depending on weight the reps may be higher or lower. Sets are usually 4 per exercise. I’m not focused on counting numbers. To me it’s all about feel and form. The exercises I do will be similar or the same to what I’ve been learning from Mike

Question: I’m more comfortable with low weight focus on arms. But they aren’t growing that much. My stomache is still a bit fat. Should I continue to bulk for my arms? Or get shredded this summer?

Hey man, I’m not a coach or a diet coach but I would say it’s your own preference on what you want to do. In a perfect world I would love to keep on gaining lean mass but at the moment for me everything will be getting bigger lol
